We only sail in the historical centre of Ghent - with Kantienberg/Bijloke as furthest points (so we don't sail to Sint-Martens-Latem/Drongen/etc.)

You can get to the boat in a wheelchair and then the person in question will have to get into the boat (with assistance). The wheelchair cannot be brought along on the boat, but can remain safely on our jetty

Yes, you can buy a gift voucher at one of our jetties (Graslei or Groentenmarkt) as well as in our office (only cash payments here)

Yes, these are located in the bins in the middle of the open boats or at the front of the covered boats

No
